Introducing Te Whare Tapa Whā
At the heart of our commitment to health and well-being is our belief in holistic wellness. Te Whare Tapa Whā, developed by the Mental Health Foundation, is a holistic model of health that recognizes four dimensions of well-being: taha wairua (spiritual health), taha hinengaro (mental health), taha tinana (physical health), and taha whānau (family and social health). By addressing each of these dimensions, we aim to support you in achieving balance and wellness in all aspects of your life.
