Our Foundations
Our Foundations started with our fathers and grandfathers and have shaped how we continue to do business today. It has formed the foundations of TW Group, our mission beliefs and values.
We grew up knowing the value of teamwork. Ron Ward and Kel Tremain were both salt of the earth, top blokes who knew what it took to get the job done right – teamwork, determination, blood, sweat and cheers. Kel led from the front. One of the greatest names in NZ rugby, while Ron was a champion in his own right. For the community, his family and country. Normal blokes having a beer at home, legends in the street. We’ve drawn valuable lessons from remarkable individuals like them, which have shaped our current position – uphold your commitments, enable people to reach their full potential, and refrain from requesting tasks you wouldn’t tackle yourself.
