We are pleased to offer fully subsidised Southern Cross health insurance which covers Wellbeing One and Day to Day Module. Please refer to the attached PDF for a step-by-step user guide to the Southern Cross Gateway Portal.

You can expand your health insurance cover by opting for additional modules and/or upping the plan to Wellbeing Two. Please be aware that additional members, additional modules, and a change of plan result in extra costs. Please find the relevant Southern Cross comparison information for you to review.

With your Southern Cross Membership, you also have access to the following benefits:

  1. Mental Health Sessions with Raise: As a Southern Cross member you get up to three online mental health sessions, every policy year  to see a counsellor (individual or couples) or wellbeing coach.
  2. Annual Health Check with MedPro: Your membership now includes a health check, every policy year – available to members aged 16 and over.

  3. Unlimited Online GP Consults with CareHQ: GP appointments are available to Southern Cross members free of charge between 7am and 7pm when they are booked via the MySouthernCross app.
