Stevie-Lee has been with TW Property since its inception and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the business. With over ten years of experience in property development and a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland, she has an in-depth understanding of the industry and is a valuable source of knowledge for the team and clients. As General Manager, Stevie-Lee is responsible for the management of staff and co-ordination of all business streams. A large focus of her role is engagement and relationship management with key external stakeholders, liaising with entities such as local and central government agencies, and commercial and industrial clients. Alongside her management function, Stevie-Lee continues to use her well-honed expertise in property development and has been involved in many of the larger scale developments delivered by TW Property across the North Island.

With an extensive background in the industry, including running his own development company, he brings his expert skillset and unmatched knowledge to TW Property. In his role as CEO, Terry is responsible for developing successful business strategies and overseeing the project management, property acquisition and documentation process.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, both in New Zealand and the UK, Steve has fulfilled most roles including tradesman, foreman, site manager, business owner, client-side PM, delivery PM and Consultant PM. This varied experience uniquely positions him to take on a senior advisory role, offering guidance and support across regions while mentoring stakeholders in all capacities as Managing Director of TW Construction. Steve brings a well-rounded set of skills and knowledge to support TW Construction and it's growth while ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Matt joined TW Construction as General Manager - North Island in January 2026, bringing more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex, large‑scale projects across Australia’s health, defence, commercial and major infrastructure sectors. With capability in early contractor involvement, procurement strategy, market testing, budget formation and multidisciplinary team leadership, he has successfully led major design and construction programmes from master planning through to delivery in highly constrained and operational environments. In his role at TW Construction, Matt provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all North Island teams and projects, ensuring disciplined execution, strong client outcomes and a consistent project‑delivery standard across the region.
