This project, contracted to Kāinga Ora in October 2023, involved the construction of seven new homes, including six two-bedroom duplexes (one designed to FUD standards) and one two-bedroom standalone home. The original site, which consisted of two homes, was demolished to to accommodate seven new homes for local families.
Despite the busy nature of the four-lane road, we prioritised the safety and security of residents by implementing high fencing and secure gate locks. Additionally, all car parking areas include a turning bay to ensure safe driveway exits, meeting all necessary legal requirements.
TW Property expertly managed the resource consent, building consent, 223/224 applications, and subsequent subdivision of the land, working closely with Napier City Council. Under the leadership of Construction Manager Richard Bousfield, the project was completed in just six months, six months ahead of the target date, and delivered in January 2025.
