This residential social housing development, consisting of six two- bedroom duplexes, was delivered on behalf of Kāinga Ora in Kuripuni Street, Masterton.
The clever design and high level of workmanship in the construction of these units was highlighted by Kāinga Ora, who chose to host an open home at this development in order to showcase the quality of their homes. Over thirty people came through the doors and the feedback was extremely positive, with many remarking on the quality of the build, as well as the accessibility features.
