This 12 unit residential development consisted of 9 two-bedroom units and 3 three-bedroom units. The original site was a one dwelling home located on a 3,574m² section. TW Property successfully co-ordinated the relocation of the existing dwelling to the neighbouring property.
Contracted to Kāinga Ora in May 2023 with a delivery target date of April 2025, TW Property managed the resource consent, building consent, and 223/224 applications working with Masterton District Council. TW Property worked closely with building partner TW Construction throughout the construction of the development. TW Construction managed the project and all local sub trades with the site being cleared in April 2024 and delivered February 2025.
Special visits to the build site took place over two occasions by students at the local kindergarten across the road – Makoura Early Learning Centre. Although the hardhats and hi-vis were too large, they had a great time looking through a real building site, no doubt inspiring some carpenters amongst them.
