The original building shell had been constructed over 20 years ago. When we started the project, it was an empty house, partially clad with missing windows and no staircase.
The renovation included a complete redesign of the ground floor and first floor layout. All electrical, plumbing and air conditioning services were updated. A new kitchen was installed and tailored to the space, creating a great open plan living area. New lighting fittings and fixtures completed the look.
