Providing warm sustainable homes for NZ Housing Group, this project consisted of a four unit residential development at 915 Oliphant Road, Hastings. As social housing, this project needed to meet many new standards such as sustainable water retention tanks, wheelchair accessibility and more.
TW Property were responsible for overseeing the full process of the development from conception, civil works and building to final handover. Interior and exterior painting works we’re completed by our painting and masonry team, while bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor connections were done by our plumbing and electrical teams.
