This four-unit residential development in Oliphant Road was delivered for the New Zealand Housing Group in order to provide warm and sustainable housing for the Hastings community. Backing onto Raureka School, our team engaged extensively with school staff throughout the project in order to provide updates and address any concerns.
TW Property were responsible for overseeing the full process of this development and collaborated with our TW Group trade teams to complete the earthworks and construction.
Interior and exterior painting works were completed by our painting and masonry team, while bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor connections were done by our plumbing and electrical teams.
