This project involved the construction of 28 homes comprising of two and three bedroom units built to healthy homes and Homestar standards. The homes now serve as transitional housing for our Te Matau-a-Māui community. The subdivision works included detailed earthworks, infrastructure and roading with the approval of Hastings District Council.
Developed by TW Property, TW Group were involved in the project from inception to completion. After completing the design, consent, and subdivision, processes, we managed the full construction delivery process, right up until project handover. This project was delivered 18 months earlier than traditional development timelines due to the team work of our businesses.
