This residential social housing development, completed in November 2023 for Kāinga Ora, comprises of six fully accessible, one-bedroom units. For this project, TW Property was tasked specifically to find and acquire land situated near the Hawke’s Bay hospital.

Located directly across from the hospital in McLeod Street, all six of the one-bedroom units are designed to be fully accessible using the Full Universal Design Principals (FUD). This means that they are wheelchair friendly and liveable for people who experience temporary injury or illness, those with mobility, visual or cognitive impairments, and the growing aging population.

This development was completed one month ahead of schedule by our TW teams, allowing whānau to be in before Christmas.
