Specialising in the planning, design, implementation, and project management of TTM for all road levels, we use innovative management and design capabilities to ensure efficiency and safety each step of the way.

About the Role:
  • Provides strategic leadership and fosters employee buy in.
  • Recruits, develops, and leads a high-performing workforce with a continuous learning mindset, cultivating a culture in line with the company mission, values, and beliefs.
  • Fosters an environment that values cross-functional working and sharing of best practice.
  • Understands, implements, and champions all Health and Safety obligations and standards.
  • Represents the company to an exceptional standard through the execution of high-quality work, client engagement, and community interaction. 
  • Seeks to develop a new client base and actively enhance the profile of the business.
  • Creates and continually develops a business operating plan to ensure that work and projects are in alignment with business processes, best practices, and scheduling capability.
  • Commits to ensuring operational delivery to successfully meet relative stakeholder expectations and deadlines.
  • Assist the Director with the creation of budgets, reports, and schedules.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Proven prior experience in a managerial role is essential.
  • Current STMS Level 1 or STMS (P) Cat A and B is preferred.
  • Suitable experience in Traffic Management or other relative industry Operations Management roles.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport within the team.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
