Step into a site leadership role with TW Civil & Infrastructure’s dynamic traffic team as a Senior Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS). In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering safe, compliant, and innovative traffic management solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects.

As our Senior STMS, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead site walks with clients and engineers to inform TMP development
  • Draft and submit compliant, site specific TMPs in line with CoPTTM and RCA requirements
  • Perform live risk assessments and advise on any real-time changes
  • Support crews with plan interpretation and safety risk identification
  • Communicate directly with clients on TMP design and approvals
  • Maintain and improve TMP templates and turnaround times
  • Coach STMS/TMO staff on planning and setup efficiencies
  • Lead complex setups and validate sites prior to installation
  • Liaise with councils/clients for TMP or consent clarifications

 

Qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Current STMS (P) Cat A and B.
  • Current and Clean Full Class 2 license.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing STMS in Temporary Traffic Management.
  • Strong understanding of CoPTTM and RCA requirements for planning and approvals.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
