About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Roofing Foreman to join our team. This role is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing roofing projects, coordinating site activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for managing crews on site, maintaining exceptional workmanship, and fostering a strong health and safety culture across all projects.
What does this look like?
- Lead and supervise roofing teams across a range of residential and commercial projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and carry out roofing tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
- Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Ensure all work complies with company procedures, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture, ensuring all site activities meet legislative and company requirements.
- Liaise effectively with the divisional manager, clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Mentor and develop roofing staff, providing guidance and leadership on site.
- Proactively identify and resolve site challenges to keep projects running smoothly.
