Reporting to the Regional Manager (Waikato) of TW Construction, this role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and direction of the roofing team to meet project tasks, duties, and other requirements efficiently and effectively.

- Experience: We’re seeking individuals with a wealth of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial roofing. Your expertise should encompass various roofing materials and techniques.
- Organisational Skills: The ability to efficiently plan and execute roofing projects is crucial. You’ll be responsible for coordinating resources, schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- People Skills: Dealing effectively with staff, clients, and colleagues is essential. You should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Quality Focus: We have high expectations when it comes to the quality of our work. You must be dedicated to delivering roofing solutions that meet or exceed industry standards.
