Join TW Civil & Infrastructure as a Drainlayer and help deliver high-quality civil construction projects. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our Foreman and Project Manager to ensure drainage and infrastructure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain drainage systems, including large diameter water, sewer and stormwater networks.
- Assist with pavement construction, including kerb prep, entranceways, and road surfacing.
- Identify and report site risks, issues, or delays to the Foreman or Project Manager.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and industry standard.
What do you need to succeed?
- A National Certificate in Drainlaying (Level 4) or be actively working towards it.
- A water reticulation qualification or interest in gaining one.
- Proven experience in drainage, water, or civil trades, with a strong track record of successful projects.
- Solid understanding of drainage systems, regulations, and best practices — or experience in subdivision construction.
- A current Class 1 New Zealand Driver’s Licence (Class 2 preferred).
