The Opportunity

Are you someone who loves working outdoors, getting stuck into hands-on projects, and transforming spaces into something special? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Landscaper to join our team and help shape beautiful, functional environments across residential, commercial, and public spaces.

As a Landscaper, you’ll work across a variety of residential, commercial, and public projects. From garden installations to hardscaping and maintenance, your work will contribute to high-quality outdoor spaces that are both visually appealing and built to last.

Key Priorities

  • Perform softscape tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, edging, mulching, and general garden maintenance to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy.
  • Construct and maintain hardscape features such as retaining walls, patios, pathways, fences, and garden beds.
  • Lay pavers, bricks, stones, and other materials to create durable, functional, and visually appealing surfaces.
  • Operate specialised machinery and tools for hardscape construction, including compactors, concrete mixers, and cutting equipment.
  • Prepare and level surfaces for paving, concreting, and other structural installations.
  • Install and service irrigation systems to ensure efficient water management.
  • Interpret and follow landscape plans to deliver high-quality, visually appealing results.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory requirements while on site.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.

Skills & Education

  • Entry-level certification or qualification in Horticulture Services (or working towards it) is preferred.
  • Prior hands-on experience in landscaping, horticulture, or construction is highly valued.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering, architectural, and shop drawings.
  • Current and clean Full Class 1 New Zealand Driver’s Licence.
