About the Role:
Are you a skilled and experienced Concrete Layer looking for a new opportunity in the Waikato region? TW Concrete & Landscaping is seeking a top-level Foreman Concrete Layer to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Regional Manager (Waikato) of TW Construction, this role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and direction of the concreting team to meet project tasks, duties, and other requirements efficiently and effectively.
What do you need to succeed?
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in laying all types and sizes of concrete pours. You should be a seasoned professional who can handle a wide range of concrete projects with confidence.
- Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential. We’re looking for someone who can be counted on to deliver consistently high-quality work on schedule.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial in ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in all concrete laying tasks. Quality assurance is a top priority for us.
- Interpersonal Skills: You must be comfortable working with staff and clients alike, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Organizational Skills: A well-organized approach to your work is essential. This includes planning and overseeing projects, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
