Join TW Civil & Infrastructure as a Truck Driver / Operator and play a key role in delivering high-quality civil construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be operating trucks within our fleet to support the transport and logistics needs of our sites. A key part of this role involves self-loading your truck using heavy machinery such as excavators and loaders, ensuring efficient and safe loading of materials. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the Foreman and Project Manager to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

As a Truck Driver / Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operate trucks safely and efficiently across civil construction sites.
- Self-load trucks using excavators and loaders.
- Spread metal with truck & trailer onsite as required.
- Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures & site regulations.
- Assist with basic site tasks including manual labour when needed.
- Report faults or safety concerns promptly and keep accurate records, and keep accurate logbooks
- Engage in ongoing training to stay up to date with equipment and safety standards.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Class 5 licence with WTR endorsements is required
- Experience in roading, drainage, or civil construction
- Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
