This development consisted of four single storey two-bedroom units and was the first delivery of a Kāinga Ora development in Napier. This project was delivered before schedule and residents were excited to move in ahead of time.
All units that are designed are sent to Kāinga Ora for urban design feedback and crime prevention through environmental design (CPED). One of the units was designed with ramp access, using the Full Universal Design principles.
