TW Civil and Infrastructure win award at CCNZ Regional Awards
Our TW Civil and Infrastructure team were recently awarded first place in the over $3 Million Category for their work on the Eastern Interceptor Project at the regional Civil Contractor New Zealand Awards.
The two-year project, which involved an upgrade of the wastewater pipelines down Collinge and Willowpark Roads in Hastings, had some complexities to it including a live tie into the existing discharge chamber, installing a pipeline through an operational roundabout and the depth of drainage being installed through a residential area, including past a local school.
Our team navigated these challenges expertly, working together with both field and office-based staff to deliver a high-quality job and ensure the continued resilience of the Hastings wastewater network.
Congratulations to Project Manager Campbell Young, Eon De Klerk and the entire TW Civil and Infrastructure team involved. Thanks to our TW Traffic Management crew for keeping our workers and members of the public safe throughout the project.
