The Opportunity
Are you organised, proactive, and ready to be the right-hand person to a busy Managing Director? We’re looking for a Personal Assistant who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take on a combination of general administration and personal support tasks.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives on getting things done and loves being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Organise and oversee the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with discretion and accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including welcoming guests and arranging hospitality for meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of board materials, investor communications, and internal reporting documents.
- Support the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) across TW Group, fostering collaboration and alignment across business units.
- Support marketing and communications initiatives as required.
- Assist with personal administrative tasks for the Managing Director as required.
