About the Role

The Office Manager is essential for delivering financial and administrative support to TW Electrical and TW Plumbing businesses for the Hawkes Bay, Taupo and Gisborne areas. This 12-month fixed-term role covering maternity leave, is a role you can really sink your teeth into!.

What does this look like?

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • AR/AP functions
  • Debtors and Payroll duties
  • Generate bank export files for payments
  • Complete reconciliations within month-end deadlines
  • Collaborate with the finance team on accounts matters, including outstanding invoices, payments, and forecasts
  • New starters (uniforms, fuel cards, phone plans)
  • Vehicle maintenance (RUC, Rego’s and servicing)
  • Managing compliance documents

What do you need to succeed?

  • Demonstrate a willingness to perform detail-oriented tasks consistently each day
  • Strong attention to detail with precise data entry skills
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., SimPRO) and Xero
