Our Civil and Infrastructure division is an integral part of the larger TW Group of Companies. Tasks and responsibilities
  • Operate excavator machinery for digging, trenching, and grading
  • Prepare and clear job sites for excavation work
  • Load, transport, and unload materials as needed
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project goals
  • Adjust machine settings for accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain logs of equipment usage and work progress
  • Ensure excavation meets required depth and alignment
  • Assist with site setup and post-excavation cleanup
About you
  • Proven experience operating excavators in [construction/earthmoving/related industry].
  • Ability to read and understand site plans
  • Strong knowledge of machinery safety protocols.
  • Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Class 2 license minimum + WTR endorsements is essential
  • Have 5+ years’ experience operating a range of machines in civil construction from excavators, rollers, grader and small to medium trucks
  • Attention to detail
  • High attention to Health & Safety, always put people first
