About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Foreman Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys leading a team on-site.

This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll run jobs, mentor apprentices, and deliver high-quality plumbing work across a variety of new build residential and large-scale commercial projects.

What does this look like?

• Lead plumbing teams on-site, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day workflow and strong team performance.
• Coordinate jobs and maintain clear communication with clients, builders, other trades, and suppliers.
• Read plans, organise materials, and manage job documentation to keep projects on track.
• Deliver projects on time and to an exceptional standard, reinforcing our commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with NZ plumbing regulations and all health & safety requirements.
• Mentor apprentices and supporting junior team members to develop their skills and confidence.

What do you need to succeed?

• NZ Qualified and Certified Plumber with current licence.
• Previous foreman, leading hand, or supervisory experience.
• A hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously whilst keeping relevant parties informed.
• Excellent organisation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Current and clean Full Class 1 New Zealand Driver’s Licence.
